DSPanel Standard Maintenance

DSPanel has a comprehensive standard maintenance package including what many companies label as Software Assurance. The DSPanel Standard maintenance packages include both free product support incidents for selected contact persons, as well as free updates and upgrades to the latest version.
DSPanel does not recommend using DSP products for commercial use without a maintenance contract.

DSPanel Extended Maintenance

For mission critical applications access to the right BI skills may be critical. The DSP Extended Maintenance contract will give you access to BI specialist skills helping your DSP product to succeed, not limiting our support to the DSP products but making sure the Microsoft BI stack is fully utilized in your environment. The DSP Extended Maintenance includes the same level of maintenance, updates and upgrades as the Standard Maintenance program plus

  1. Access to Microsoft BI specialists to ensure success.
  2. Independent design reviews of your solution.
  3. Prioritized access to product support with extended coverage.
