DSPanel, specializing in mobile business intelligence and structured planning solutions, announces the launch of mobile planning input schedules, allowing Excel users to deploy budgeting, forecasting and planning schedules right out to mobile devices, helping to simplify and shorten their fiscal and managerial cycles.
Once deployed from Excel, the recipient is able to open the schedule and then input figures directly from the device they are using and send those figures right back to the sender's Excel spreadsheet. As these planning schedules can be incorporated with business intelligence data, those input schedules can become part of individualized, dynamic dashboards, allowing users to see other key figures such as, market data, prior year targets, year to date targets vs. actuals and much more information, thus improving a user's overall decision quality.

Finance can also, using a dashboard see which workers haven’t submitted their numbers and with a click, remind those users to fill in the necessary information.
